In notepad went to File, then Save as, then clicked on the down arrow on the right of save as type and selected all files. I input my width and height numbers to my native resolution. In note pad I carefully replaced the 0's with my relevant specs. So, I navigated in the folder to UserData and opened setup in Notepad and noticed that all settings were set to 0. The fix is to bypass Launcher and click on Honey Select Unlimited_64 (Tiny Icon popped up and did nothing else) Quickly tried the 32 flavor and ditto. Here's what I did:įirst I tried applying my settings in the launcher and then click Play Game, only to wait patiently as it does nothing. I have some experience with the Japanese version so I worked around the stubborn Launcher.
I just Downloaded Honey Select and was poking around with it. This is a work around for those with Launcher issues and dealing with Launcher settings not applying.
I'm sure that when the game comes out, most of the cosmetic mods will work fine, but the more elaborate ones that require illusion plugin architecture files may not be compatible right away. There's also a Honey Select Pastebin that has a pretty extensive data base of the mods currently online, it used to have the pirated version of the game on it but the author has taken in down because of this release, so I'll post it here too: Neither of these websites post illegal copies of the game as far as I know anyway: I'm not sure if posting links to these websites are allowed on here so if they're not, moderators please take this down. Outside of Hongfire, the Chinese modding community (not JP, Chinese, I did not get them mixed up, I'm not from Alabama) is surprisingly robust for this game and they got some pretty cool mods as well. You can find a few of them on Hongfire, the mods range from adding in new customization options (usually ports from other games like Final Fantasy, DOA, etc.) to plugins that changes the game's lighting system and give you new functions like letting you use a female character as your avatar (so you can play as a futa banging all the ladies).
